Terms of Service

Effective 3 October 2026 · Accel Fintech Pvt. Ltd., Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India

These terms govern your use of PixQR at https://pixqr.in, operated by Accel Fintech Pvt. Ltd. (“we”). By using PixQR you agree to them. If you use PixQR for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

PixQR lets you create QR codes. Static codes contain their content directly and keep working without PixQR. Tracked (dynamic) codes contain a PixQR short link; they are validated and counted by our servers and work only while your account and the code are active.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your PixQR account. One person, one account — automated sign-ups are not allowed.

3. Free plan and limits

PixQR is free. The free plan includes a limited number of tracked codes (shown on your Account page), fair-use limits on uploads and requests, and unlimited static codes. We may change limits with reasonable notice. Paid plans, if offered later, will have their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use PixQR, or any QR code or page created with it, to:

We may check destinations automatically, review reported codes, and block or delete any code or account that breaks these rules, without notice where needed to protect people. Report abuse at https://pixqr.in/report.

5. Your content

You own the content you add. You give us a licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run PixQR. You confirm you have the right to use it and that it is accurate, especially payment details such as UPI IDs.

6. Our intellectual property

PixQR’s software, design, page layouts, text and brand belong to Accel Fintech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The QR codes you download are yours to use for any lawful purpose. You may not copy, frame, reproduce or imitate the PixQR website or its design, or present it as your own. Open-source components keep their own licences.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep PixQR fast and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always test a code before printing it in quantity, and keep your own copies of important content.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including printing costs, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

10. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, its tracked codes stop working.
